Access & Eligibility

HabiTracks is a cloud-based platform accessible after creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Cloud-Based Service

HabiTracks is provided as a cloud-based software service. Your data — including habits, tasks, and progress — is stored securely in the cloud and is accessible across your devices. We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HabiTracks only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or exploit the platform, or use it to transmit harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Personal Use License

Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HabiTracks for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing account credentials, reselling access, or using the platform on behalf of a third party without authorization is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and code comprising HabiTracks are the exclusive property of HabiTracks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data you input; you do not acquire any rights to the underlying platform or software.

Service Changes & Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of HabiTracks at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

HabiTracks is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HabiTracks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect basic registration information such as your name and email address. Once you access the platform, your habits, tasks, and progress data are stored securely in the cloud to enable sync across your devices.

Cloud Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the HabiTracks service — including syncing your content across devices, maintaining your account, and delivering platform features. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting) strictly as necessary to operate the service. Any such providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Your Rights & Controls

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your data or permanently delete your account via Settings → Data Management. Account deletion removes all associated data from our systems within a reasonable period.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
